1 – All the products will arrive to the consumer as it shown in the product picture that is available in the website and if there was any difference or any damage on the product it self the customer have the right to get a refund
2 – If The order have exceeded two
weeks more than the delivery range that was shown in the website while ordering the coustmer will get 30% off in his next order (The order must be less than 30 rials)
3 – The customer is not allowed to refund the product if he didn’t like what he got without any damages on the product it self
4 – Some of the orders may not come with the Brand packaging which is more likely to the brands that are no soo common
5 – The Packaging might get damaged but there is no refund will happen only if the product is damaged by it self
6 – Products will get refunded if the damage is big and obvious, any little manufacturer differences action of refunding might not get taken,
7 – The order that are out of Oman will get dileverd much later than the local ones
